Swarna had her own concerns on deliverables. She wanted to brainstrom them with someone. Unfortunately, a lot of her team members went on maternity leave. She was trying to count how many deliveries have been missed since people went on ML. This needs to be reported to some team that acts like the Vigilance department in the Government (Execution Department). The reason for the worry is that it is always an upside down triangle when comparing discussions to actual performance. Not a time for a joke, she thought, when the concept struck her – if she were to sell gas cylinders to her husband, will she not be his garam pathni? For sure, her vocabulary is increasing. The best she can do is to e-cry to someone. Meanwhile, Rajat was busy too – after his successful attempts in doing too much of micro management, he was spoking to the Press about it, he was facebooking it too! As part of the process, he was moderatizing many a discussion, stopped a discussion if it had the same verbatim and formed analysis groups. He had extra bench resources, so he played them in a nice project.


Prof. Thaamra was immersed in her projects. When Swarna approached her with her problem, she simply commented that will be people be on maternity till eternity? Even if she does multiple permutations and combinations, a good majority of her team members should be available for her project. Thaamra opined that people should be immuned against these unforeseen events. May be invest in equipments with latest knowledge that can automatize the work flow. Even though Thaamra was curious and disparity to know the answer, she kept mum. Chitra was busy preparing a presentation for the customers, she was checking with Thaamra whether she can finalize her list of slides, especially the best ball that she had drawn based on Thaamra’s requirement. The larger junk of the review work will then get completed, for it is a mighty role that she is handling with a lot of visibility. Although there was no forum for the review meeting, it went on with all those who were present. Not all of the enrolees were present. The chairpersons were two girls – one guy and a girl. The voluntariness spirit that they displayed was much appreciated. Chitra, being a self-driving person herself, had lot of motivation in her – she attends these meetings every weekly. The entire organism appreciates her support.

Ratna, on the other hand, was lingering here and there. She had to pick up a few projects up the antique, specifically one on the flat globe. She doesn’t want to extrapolate anything but recognizes that the fame that she has earned is genuine. She wanted to discuss the discussion points with Thaamra, being a recent promotee, as a lecturer, she was interested in having the discussion. The byproducts of the discussion were not disclosed. Ratna’s projects were even illegible to be recognized as the best in that college. She recollected that Swarna, Rajat, Chitra and all those things were favourite students of Thaamra. So, she decided to approach Natraj to help her. Natraj was unbiased, so in her discussion, she couldn’t make out anything with him.
